Return & Refund Policy

All products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will determine if the item qualifies for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives with issues during transit, contact us directly so we can work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Minor print placement variations

  • Orders requested after the policy timeframe

  • Worn, washed, or used items

Policy Time Limit

Any return, replacement, or refund request must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. After this timeframe, orders are considered final and are no longer eligible for review, refund, or replacement.
